Welcome to the help for Poseidon web ordering system. This page has the main content from the Quick Guide minus the pictures.
The main functionality is ordering (Quick order), the order history (My orders), the order planning (Shopping list) and the search (Find). It is also possible to browse for products using the product category tree to the left where you find the products in the same categories as in the product catalog.
In general the “Buy”-button actually means “add to cart”. To actually send an order you need to go to the checkout and complete the checkout procedure.
Remember to add your quick order items to your shopping cart before you leave that page, or they will be lost. If you are not sure you can finalize the order in one go, or if you for any reason need to change computer, for example from computer to tablet, we suggest using the shopping list for order planning.
If you go to the user icon in the top right corner and select My orders you can see all your existing orders and a full order history. Please note that the delivery dates for new orders will not be valid until you get an order confirmation, just as with any order. Until the order confirmation has been sent it will show the ordering date in that field.
