If the product is damaged or lost during transport to you, Poseidon Diving Systems AB is responsible, but you must notify our customer service within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. If the item is returned, you will be responsible if the shipment is lost.
Poseidon Diving Systems AB reserves the right for, stock differences (out-of-stock), technical issues, specifications changes and any typographical errors on our site. Poseidon Diving Systems AB also reserves the right that certain product information is not complete.
In case Poseidon Diving Systems AB cannot determine your residential address, your order will not be valid. Poseidon Diving Systems AB also reserves the right to refuse order in individual cases.
We ship all our orders using PostNord or UPS. You will receive a notification by e-mail confirmation or SMS the the contact details specified on the order. Shipping cost 89 SEK, order over 2000 SEK free shipping.
We offer cancellation rights in accordance with the distance purchase laws. You can return your product or inform us that you want to change the item within 14 days of delivery. Follow the simple steps below so we take care of the rest.
Pack all the products you want to return, preferably in the original packaging.
You can arrange the return yourself via any postal agent within 14 days. We recommend that you save the receipt from the postal agent as proof of sending the package.
Do not forget to fill in the return form and put it in the package so that we can handle your return right.
In case of change, we will ship new package to you for free.
If you wish to cancel the purchase, we will ensure that you get the money back (excluding the original shipping cost) and send you a confirmation by e-mail. See below for refund.

We always strive to handle your refund as quickly as possible. We usually handle it within three days of receiving your package or confirmation that it has been sent. After that we will send an email confirming that the money is on its way. Once you've received the message, you should expect another five to ten business days before the return amount is in your bank account. Time depends on which bank you use, which is beyond our influence. You usually return the money using the same payment method you used to purchase. If this is not the case, we will contact you immediately to find an alternative refund method.
